  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • optional pure maple syrup for extra sweetness

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Paper towels for drying berries
  • Spoon or spatula for layering
  • Clear glass or jar

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and wash the berries thoroughly, patting them dry.
  2. Grab a clear glass or jar and start with a spoonful of coconut yogurt at the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of chia seeds over the yogurt.
  4. Add a handful of berries on top of the chia seeds.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the berries and repeat the layers until almost full.
  6. Finish with a dollop of yogurt and garnish with a few whole berries.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
