Notes

Feel free to use gluten-free flour instead of regular flour for a gluten-free option. For a vegan version, substitute eggs with flaxseed meal mixed with water and use plant-based milk. You can adjust the sugar amount based on the natural sweetness of your apples. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or freeze them for longer storage. Reheat in a skillet for best results, avoiding the microwave to prevent sogginess.
