Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 stalks Green onions for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili flakes adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
    Place in a bowl and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and brown sugar until well combined.
  • Add chicken to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes or overnight for deeper flavor.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken along with the marinade.
  • Cook until chicken is golden and the sauce reduces to a glossy coating.
  • Mix cornstarch with a small amount of water and add it to the pan to thicken the sauce.
  • Garnish with green onions and chili flakes before serving.
