Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Graham cracker crumbs
  • 60 ml Butter, melted
  • 100 g Mini marshmallows
  • 150 g Milk chocolate chips
  • 240 ml Heavy cream
  • 30 g Honey optional, for drizzling

  • 9-inch square baking pan
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Small saucepan
  • Whisk or fork for stirring

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into a 9-inch pan.
  3. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown; cool.
  4. Heat heavy cream until barely simmering; remove from heat.
  5. Add chocolate chips to hot cream; stir until smooth to form ganache.
  6. Pour ganache over cooled crust; sprinkle mini marshmallows on top and press lightly.
  7. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and drizzle with honey before serving.
