Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp ketchup for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin tin cups and press lightly into each cup.
  4. Top each meatloaf bite with a small dollop of ketchup.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then carefully remove from the muffin tin and serve hot.
