Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste additional ketchup and mustard for topping
  • for garnish sliced pickles

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced onions, ketchup, mustard, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Spread a thin layer of ketchup and mustard on top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with sliced pickles before serving.
