- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced onions, ketchup, mustard, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread a thin layer of ketchup and mustard on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
