  • 3 6-7oz Salmon Fillets Skin-on or off, rinsed and pat dried
  • 3 tbsp Butter Softened, salted or unsalted
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Parsley Finely chopped
  • q.s. Lemon Wedges Optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the softened butter, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and sprinkle both sides with salt and black pepper. Arrange skin-side down in the baking dish.
  4. Spoon the honey mustard mixture generously over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 11-14 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and opaque, checking for a temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and optional lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
