  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

  3. Rinse tilapia fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper, then brush with the garlic butter mixture.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and turns opaque.
