Method
 

  1. Slice the loaf of bread lengthwise, creating two halves while leaving a hinge.
  2. Lay the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Sprinkle garlic powder evenly across the surface.
  5. Add caramelized onions and shredded cheese on top.

  8. Bake the bread for about 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
