Ingredients
  

  • 4 thighs bone-in chicken
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped barbecue rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon sliced

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and wash the chicken thighs, then set aside.
  2. Finely chop the barbecue rosemary and measure out the spices. Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the marinade all over the chicken thighs and place it in a ziplock bag or covered dish to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Place the chicken thighs on the grill skin-side down and lay some lemon slices on top.
  7. Cook undisturbed for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
