- Gather all your ingredients and wash the chicken thighs, then set aside.
- Finely chop the barbecue rosemary and measure out the spices. Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the marinade all over the chicken thighs and place it in a ziplock bag or covered dish to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken thighs on the grill skin-side down and lay some lemon slices on top.
- Cook undisturbed for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
