  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.

  6. Brush more barbecue sauce on top 5 minutes before removing from the oven.
  7. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
