Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or sugar-free syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

Method
 

  1. Combine peanut butter and maple syrup in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Sift in cocoa powder and mix until fully incorporated and thick.
  3. Add coconut flour and mix until a uniform dough forms.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and press down with a fork on parchment paper.
  5. Chill the cookies in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
