- In a small bowl, mash the black garlic cloves until they form a smooth paste.
- Add the soy sauce to the mashed garlic and mix well.
- Place the thinly sliced steak strips in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat, making sure each piece is well coated.
- Let the steak marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated steak strips.
- Cook the steak for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the steak before serving.
