Ingredients
  

  • 600 g steak, thinly sliced
  • 6 cloves black garlic, mashed
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, mash the black garlic cloves until they form a smooth paste.
  2. Add the soy sauce to the mashed garlic and mix well.
  3. Place the thinly sliced steak strips in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat, making sure each piece is well coated.
  5. Let the steak marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  6. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated steak strips.
  7. Cook the steak for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  8. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the steak before serving.
