Method
- Gather all your ingredients and prep the brisket and cheese.
- Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Lay two slices of bread butter-side down on a clean surface and sprinkle half the cheese on each slice.
- Layer the brisket on top of the cheese, then finish with the remaining cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and place the sandwich in the pan.
- Cook undisturbed for about 3-4 minutes, then flip to cook the other side until golden-brown and cheese is melted.
