Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually mix this into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool slightly.
