Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack your favorite bulgogi instant noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced beef (optional) for extra protein
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional) for added depth
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) to taste

Method
 

  1. Boil water in a large pot and add the noodles, cooking according to the package instructions for 4-5 minutes.
  2. While the noodles cook, heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the sliced beef (or tofu) until browned; season with soy sauce if desired.
  3. Drain the cooked noodles, reserving a bit of noodle water, and return to the pot.
  4. Add the cooked beef, green onions, sesame seeds, and optional red pepper flakes to the pot; stir to combine until noodles are coated in sauce.
