  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups chopped

Method
 

  1. Soften the vanilla ice cream by letting it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and allow the fudge mixture to cool for a few minutes.
  4. Spread half of the softened ice cream into a loaf pan, drizzle half of the fudge over it, and sprinkle half of the chopped peanut butter cups.
  5. Repeat the layering with the remaining ice cream, fudge, and peanut butter cups, swirling gently to combine.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  7. For easier serving, use a warm ice cream scoop.
  8. Store your bunny tracks ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks, labeling it with the date for freshness.
