  • 300 g burrata
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 35 g parmesan or halal equivalent

Method
 

  1. Toast your bread slices until golden brown, using a grill pan or toaster.
  2. Rub the warm bread with a garlic clove for added flavor.
  3. Slice the cherry tomatoes into halves.
  4. Toast the pine nuts in a small pan over medium heat until golden and aromatic, then set aside to cool.
  5. Place the burrata in a bowl and gently break it apart with a fork.
