  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz), undrained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional
  • tortilla chips or crackers for serving

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the ground sausage until browned, then drain excess grease.
