Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 litres whole milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1.5 cups half-and-half half cream
  • 12 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract to taste
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar to taste
  • 1-2 cups fresh strawberries cubed

Equipment

  • High-powered blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Resealable freezer bags or airtight container
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Add the whole milk, condensed milk, powdered milk, half-and-half, and softened cream cheese to a blender along with the vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth.
  3. Wash and dry the strawberries, then chop them into small cubes.
  4. Drop a handful of strawberry cubes into each resealable freezer bag or container.
  5. Carefully pour the creamy mixture over the strawberries, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
  6. Seal the bags tightly, removing any excess air, and shake gently to distribute strawberry pieces.
  7. Lay the bags flat in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
