- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to the package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Cajun seasoning. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese, cooked lobster, crab meat, and flaked salmon, heating for another 2-3 minutes until everything is warmed through.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy seafood sauce until well-coated. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice if using.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve hot and enjoy!
