- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the halved potatoes, corn, and sliced smoked sausage to the boiling water.
- Let the potatoes, corn, and sausage simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and crab legs and cook for another 5-7 minutes until shrimp are pink and crab legs are heated through.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter over low heat and mix in the Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if using).
- Carefully drain the boiled ingredients.
- Arrange the drained potatoes, corn, sausage, shrimp, crab legs, and boiled eggs on a large tray.
- Pour the spicy Cajun butter sauce over the seafood, eggs, and sausage and toss well to coat.
- Serve hot with extra lemon wedges and a side of dipping sauce.
