  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • optional a drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup if desired

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the fresh berries.
  2. Chop the nuts into small pieces.

  8. Allow the parfait to sit in the fridge for 10–15 minutes before serving.
