Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium-sized Carrots
  • 2 fresh Oranges
  • 200 ml Water
  • 2 cm Fresh Ginger small piece
  • a pinch Turmeric Powder or a small piece of fresh turmeric

  • Citrus Juicer
  • Fine Mesh Sieve optional, for straining
  • Knife and Cutting Board
  • Measuring Cup

Method
 

  1. Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water, scrubbing off dirt while leaving the skin on.
  2. Peel the oranges and remove any seeds.
  3. Rinse the ginger and slice it thinly.
  4. Squeeze the oranges using a citrus juicer or your hands and set the juice aside.
  5. Chop the carrots into smaller pieces and place them in the blender along with the sliced ginger and turmeric.
  6. Add the 200 ml of water to the blender and blend until smooth.
  7. Optionally, strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  8. Pour the carrot-ginger blend into a pitcher and mix in the freshly squeezed orange juice.
  9. Stir gently to combine, taste, and adjust sweetness if needed.
  10. Transfer the juice to glasses and serve immediately.
