- Wash and peel the carrots, cutting them into smaller chunks.
- Peel the oranges and separate the segments, removing any seeds.
- Slice a small piece off the ginger or grate it if too fibrous.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the carrot chunks, orange segments, sliced ginger, and water.
- Blend the mixture for about 30-40 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a glass to remove pulp.
- Stir and add a pinch of turmeric powder if using.

Notes
