Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a standard 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and tap it gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the casserole to cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes before slicing or turning it out onto a plate.
