Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound linguine pasta
  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak cubes with Cajun seasoning, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese, whisking until smooth. Add mozzarella and provolone and stir until melted and creamy.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet with the sauce, toss to coat, and let simmer for a few minutes to meld flavors.
