- Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring it to a boil. Add your pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain the water and set the pasta aside.
- While the pasta cooks, heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook the sliced halal sausages until browned and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed, then add diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta, grilled sausages, and chicken back into the skillet. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and stir gently until melted. If desired, add a splash of milk or cream for extra creaminess.
