- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; season steak strips with salt and pepper.
- Add steak to skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes until browned on all sides; remove and set aside.
- Cook bowtie pasta in a separate pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions for 10-12 minutes; drain well and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan and mozzarella, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat; return steak to skillet and gently combine everything.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and basil.
