  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 200 g mini marshmallows
  • q.s. none red food coloring gel works best
  • 1/2 cup melting chocolate or chocolate chips dark or milk

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in red food coloring until the desired color is achieved.
  4. Fold in the rice bubbles cereal gently until well coated.
  5. Let cool slightly, then shape the mixture into brain-like forms.
  6. Melt the chocolate and drizzle over the shaped brains to create veins.
  7. Let the chocolate harden and the brains set on parchment paper.
