Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1 cup almond flour or buckwheat flour for a nut-free version
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper optional
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs oregano, thyme, or rosemary
  • 1 cup water

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, almond flour, sesame seeds, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  2. Pour in the water and stir until everything comes together; let sit for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and roll the dough out thinly between two sheets of parchment paper.
  4. Peel off the top sheet of parchment and slice the dough into squares or triangles.
  5. Transfer the parchment with the cut dough onto a baking tray and bake for 20–25 minutes, keeping an eye on them.
  6. Let the crackers cool completely before breaking them apart.

Notes
