Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk (or half-and-half for extra creaminess)
  • 8 oz egg noodles (dry or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and condensed cream of chicken soup, stirring gently to combine.
  3. Add milk or half-and-half and stir until the liquid covers the chicken evenly.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the egg noodles.
  6. Shred the chicken using two forks once cooked through.
