Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts optional

  • 9x9-inch baking pan

Method
 

  1. Combine creamy peanut butter and honey in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Stir constantly until melted and smooth, then take off the heat.
  3. Pour in the crispy rice cereal and mix until well coated.
  4. Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking pan and press the mixture firmly into the pan.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the pressed mixture in a zig-zag pattern.
  7. Add optional chopped peanuts on top of the chocolate drizzle.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then slice and serve.
