Method
 

  1. Slice bananas into thin rounds and lay them flat on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend frozen bananas, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture resembles soft-serve ice cream.
  3. Gently stir in chocolate chunks and walnuts to ensure even distribution.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for another 2–3 hours.
