- Combine flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together warm milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Slowly pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl while the dough rises.
- Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread softened butter over the dough and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Press the mixture gently into the butter.
- Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Place the log seam-side down in a greased loaf pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bake the loaf for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing.
