- Toss bread cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cubes evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
- Toss chopped romaine lettuce with half of the dressing.
- Add croutons and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle remaining dressing over the top and combine gently.

Notes
For extra flavor, rub the inside of the salad bowl with a clove of garlic before assembling.
