Ingredients
  

  • 2 heads romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 slices bread sourdough recommended, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • q.s. salt to taste
  • q.s. pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Toss bread cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread cubes evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  4. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
  5. Toss chopped romaine lettuce with half of the dressing.
  6. Add croutons and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Drizzle remaining dressing over the top and combine gently.
