Ingredients
  

  • 4 hot dogs (all-beef preferred)
  • 0.5 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup prepared macaroni and cheese (homemade or boxed)
  • 0.25 cup BBQ sauce (smoky or sweet)
  • 0.5 cup crushed cheese-flavored chips (Cheetos or Nacho Cheese Doritos)

Method
 

  1. Cook the hot dogs by grilling or boiling until piping hot.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and brown the ground beef.
  3. Stir in crumbled bacon and BBQ sauce; mix well and simmer for a minute.
  4. Assemble the dogs by placing each hot dog in a bun, topping with the beef and bacon mixture, and adding macaroni and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle crushed cheese-flavored chips on top right before serving.
