Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp dry hot chocolate mix
  • 5 tbsp heavy cream cold
  • 3 cups chocolate milk
  • q.s. mini marshmallows or chocolate sprinkles for garnish
  • q.s. chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips for garnish

Method
 

  1. Whip the cold heavy cream and hot chocolate mix together until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently warm the chocolate milk in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour the warm chocolate milk into tall glasses, filling each about three-quarters full.
  4. Top with a generous dollop of the whipped chocolate cream and add your chosen garnishes.
