- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain.

- Toss cooked bowtie pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if it's too thick.
- Stir in chopped spinach and roasted red peppers until warmed through.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
