- Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef, breaking it apart until cooked through; season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the cooked beef to a plate; reduce the skillet heat to medium, add butter, and sauté onions until translucent, about 3 minutes; stir in garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle flour over the onion mixture, stir for 1 minute, then gradually whisk in beef broth and heavy cream, cooking until smooth and thickened.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted, then add mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheeses; stir until the sauce is thick and creamy.
- Return the ground beef to the skillet, add cooked linguine and toss to coat; adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
