Ingredients

  • 300 g shell pasta
  • 100 g grated Parmesan
  • 200 ml thick sour cream

Method
 

  1. Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil.
  2. Toss in the shell pasta and cook until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the sour cream and half the Parmesan, letting it warm gently.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta and beef with the sauce, mixing until well-coated, then top with remaining Parmesan.
