- Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Season with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- Add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the creamy sauce until well coated.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to combine. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
