- Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until it's al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and season with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 7-8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

- Lower the heat and add Velveeta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese. Stir continuously until the cheeses melt into a creamy sauce.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then toss in the spaghetti and chicken until well coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan.
