- Soften the cream cheese in a medium bowl and mix with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chopped strawberries gently.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a cutting board in a diamond shape. Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling on the lower third.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the left and right corners inward, rolling tightly and sealing with water.
