- In a blender, combine lime wedges, cold water, and granulated sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a large bowl or pitcher, pressing down on the solids to extract the juice.
- Rinse the blender, pour the strained lime juice back in, and add sweetened condensed milk. Blend again until creamy and frothy.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the creamy Brazilian Lemonade over the ice. Garnish with a thin slice of fresh lime if desired.
