Ingredients
  

  • 200 g mixed red berries raspberries, strawberries, blackberries
  • 100 ml fresh orange juice
  • 250 ml cranberry juice
  • 50 ml orange blossom syrup
  • 250 ml sparkling water or club soda
  • Plenty ice cubes
  • a few fresh mint sprigs

Equipment

  • Large pitcher or mixing bowl
  • Muddler or wooden spoon
  • Long stirring spoon
  • Liquid measuring cup
  • Serving glasses highball or coupe

Method
 

  1. Pour mixed berries into a large pitcher or mixing bowl and gently crush them with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to release juices.
  2. Slowly pour in fresh orange juice and cranberry juice over the mashed berries, then stir gently.
  3. Add orange blossom syrup to the mixture, stir again, and taste for sweetness or tartness.
  4. Prepare serving glasses by filling them with ice cubes.
  5. Carefully divide the berry mixture among the ice-filled glasses and top off each glass with sparkling water.
  6. Garnish each drink with a sprig of mint and additional berries if desired.
