Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cook the linguine until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and sauté until browned, then season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until golden and fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, let it simmer, then whisk in Parmesan and mozzarella until the sauce is silky.
  5. Season the sauce with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Return cooked ground beef to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce.
  7. Toss the drained linguine in the sauce until evenly coated.
  8. Serve topped with freshly chopped parsley.
