- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (5-7 minutes); drain excess grease and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning until cheeses melt and sauce becomes smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce evenly.
- Gently fold in the cooked ground beef until well distributed.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
