- Cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, leaving the tail intact.
- Pull the lobster meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Place the lobster tails in the skillet and baste with the butter mixture.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes until the meat turns opaque and fully cooked.
- Pour the heavy cream and lemon juice into the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
- Spoon the creamy garlic sauce over the lobster tails and garnish with fresh parsley.
