Creamy Garlic Lobster

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tails lobster
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, leaving the tail intact.
  2. Pull the lobster meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Place the lobster tails in the skillet and baste with the butter mixture.
  6. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the meat turns opaque and fully cooked.
  7. Pour the heavy cream and lemon juice into the skillet, stirring to combine.
  8. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
  9. Spoon the creamy garlic sauce over the lobster tails and garnish with fresh parsley.
