- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and macaroni. Cook until al dente (8-10 minutes), then drain and return to pot.
- Add butter to the hot macaroni and stir until melted.
- In a large bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, regular milk, eggs, and garlic salt until combined.
- In another bowl, mix together shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking pan. Layer one-third of mac, followed by one-third of cheese. Repeat two more times, ending with cheese on top. Pour milk mixture over the top and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Optionally, broil for 2-3 minutes for a crispy top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Scoop and enjoy!
